Curtis Burge
A native of Georgia, Curtis has called the Asheville area home since 2002. He began his real estate carer selling commercial and exclusive residential properties in Vail, CO.
Upon relocating to the Asheville area Curtis began assembling a portfolio of flex warehouse properties that he still owns and manages today. Over the years he has added to his holdings and has a considerable amount of inventory that he manages.
In 2005, Curtis joined CoveStar Investment Realty Advisors as a partner. While at CoveStar, Curtis continued to participate in third-party brokerage as well as managing his portfolio and doing a few developments along the way.
Curtis received his CCIM designation in May of 2007. The CCIM designation is awarded upon completion of a post-graduate level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America.
In 2024 Curtis exited CoveStar and started Curtis Burge Commercial to focus on the management of his portfolio and develop more projects.
Noelle Graham
A graduate of Clemson University, Noelle gained years of experience in the hospitality and customer service fields prior to joining the real estate industry.
Gravitating toward beautiful locales offering exceptional outdoor recreation, she has been lucky to call home throughout the years places like Wyoming, Idaho, Montana and the Adirondack Park in New York state. While in NY, Noelle was the Vacation Rental manager for the top-producing real estate firm in Lake Placid. With the help of a small team, she placed over 600 tenants each year into the perfect vacation rental property while offering exceptional property management services and maximizing revenue for the property owners and the firm.
Noelle moved to the Asheville area in 2017 where she began working for Curtis Burge. She continues to manage his portfolio of commercial rental properties, assist with new development projects and lend a hand with any other projects that Curtis dreams up.
In her free time, Noelle enjoys anything outdoors, but especially riding and volunteering with the local women’s mountain biking community.
